Dental Checkups & Teeth Cleanings
At your checkups, we will look for tooth decay and gum disease. We will also ask if you have any oral pain or other symptoms. If we find any problems, we will explain the treatments available.
We will also arrange follow-up visits if needed. Any plaque or tartar will be removed to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
Oral Cancer Screening
When we check your mouth, we might see more than cavities. We could find red or white patches or unusual lumps. These might be signs of oral cancer, which needs quick treatment for the best chance of survival.
If we find any of these signs, we will tell you right away and discuss the next steps, like a biopsy.
